GENERAL QUESTIONS

BOAT TRAILERS

The majority of boat trailer manufacturers recommend that you service your boat  trailer every 12 months or 10,000km – whichever comes first.

Yes you do. Bearing Buddies (or bearing protectors) are just a cap to help minimise water and debris entering your bearings. You also can’t keep pumping them full of grease otherwise you will blow out the seal at the back of the hub/drum and let water in through the back of the wheel.

A swing away draw bar may be the solution for you. This shortens your drawbar for storage, either in a garage or on the road, and swings and locks back into place for travelling.

CARAVAN & CAMPER TRAILERS

A caravans first service is due after the first 10000km of travel or at 3 months since purchase – whichever comes first.

The majority of caravan manufacturers recommend that you service your caravan and camper trailer every 12 months or 10,000km – whichever comes first.
